If a character's dialogue hasn’t updated after resting, try using the "Pass Time" option at a Site of Grace. Progressing to a different time of day can sometimes unlock fresh dialogue or alter NPC behavior.
Check Back with All Involved NPCs

Visit Ansbach, Leda, Hornsent, and Freyja after each rest to Elden Ring Items see if any new options or information have become available. This is especially effective after major quest milestones, such as breaking the Great Rune or assisting in battles.
Trigger Additional Events

If dialogue or events seem stagnant, try resting at a Site of Grace twice in succession, as some conversations or cheap Elden Ring Items character movements are tied to specific resets. For instance, if Ansbach isn’t where expected after giving him the scroll, resting twice may prompt his next appearance or dialogue.
