Introduction to Atlas Changes in PoE 3.23

In Path of Exile 3.23, the Atlas underwent significant restructuring, adding 10 new map regions and reshuffling many map tiers and locations. The Atlas passive tree was revamped with new notable passives and clusters oriented around Path of exile currency the Ultimatum league content, replacing older ones.
