It's unclear if these images are meant to serve as a teaser for the upcoming "Collision" event or as a way to announce the start of the new season with D2R Items. Regardless, the two images have a lot of fans guessing!Earlier this month, Ali was announced to be the latest celebrity to be added as in Fortnite's Icon Series, so it is only natural to get selected for this type of promotion. Unfortunately, it's really hard to see what's in the image. Some people speculate that it may have something to do with space, or perhaps possibly the Death Star.
Darth Vader has been heavily rumored for the new season's Battle Pass, and Epic Games chief creative officer Donald Mustard has also been dropping hints on Star Wars content lately. His hints have centered around a LEGO AT-AT, but it's possible that we'll be seeing a much bigger weapon of the Empire!

Legend of Zelda Fan-generated rumors were "Frustrating" to Donkey Kong Game DevelopersAt the time that Eric Kozlowsky was hired by Retro Studios, it resulted in rumors that the team was working on a brand new Zelda game.
The artist previously worked on the PlayStation's Uncharted series, and for some reason, fans were able to make a connection. But, Kozlowsky and Retro Studios were actually working on Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze at the time, and when the game's release date was announced in the first place, a lot of Zelda fans trashed it because they were hoping for something different. In a new interview with The Kiwi Talkz podcast, Kozlowsky admitted that the rumor was a source of frustration for the developers.
"Sometimes it's frustrating because it causes false expectations. It was what happened when we first announced Tropical Freeze. Everyone was saying 'they're working hard on an Zelda game They're working on an Zelda game,' but nope. We announced Tropical Freeze and it looks amazing and gorgeous and then people think "oh, it's just another Donkey Kong.'
And then you know there are people slamming it on Neogaf , or whatnot, and you're thinking 'oh, and everyone was thinking we were doing something similar to a Zelda game. And then you realize no, it's not what is happening.' It's both and sometimes we get a laugh out of it, but sometimes it becomes irritating when it lasts a more than it should," said Kozlowsky.
Kozlowsky's remarks are an intriguing insight into the way rumors are spread and can negatively impact a game's reception. Although Tropical Freeze might not have been the game that many gamers were hoping to hear about however, it was greeted with a lot of critical appreciation upon its release. It's frustrating to put a lot of effort into something only to have the internet react with disappointment based on untrue rumors with cheap D2R Ladder Items. It's impossible to control how fans will react to an announcement of a game But hopefully, this situation taught some fans the importance of being aware of their expectations!
