If you’re a diablo 4 items player that's missing the action’s open beta after grinding it all day last weekend, most, as evidenced by new numbers released by Blizzard Entertainment today.

Between the 2 weekends with the ARPG’s beta, over 61.5 million hours were played and players died almost 47 million times. But that’s nothing when compared to the over 29 billion monsters that had been slain by Sorceresses, Necromancers, Rogues, Druids, and Barbarians.

Diablo 4

“The back-to-back Early Access Beta and Open Beta weekends for diablo 4 items were incredibly inspiring towards the team even as head toward our release on June 6,” said Rod Fergusson, general manager of Diablo. “We need to thank the numerous players for helping us to evaluate the game, providing meaningful feedback, exciting the expansion team, as well as for slaying billions and immeasurable demons. We will not, however, apologize to all of the players The Butcher slayed. You are indeed fresh meat, in the end. We’ll watch you all in Sanctuary again in the near future!”

Sorceress was the favorite class from the beta, as well as Necromancer, Rogue, Druid, and Barbarian, based on Blizzard. All of the classes joined to kill The Butcher over 570,000 times and World Boss Ashava over 100,000 times.

The first hours with the original beta were rocky, with server queues hampering the knowledge for many. The queues continued to the open beta weekend but soon subsided, allowing many to try out the experience ahead of its launch later this coming year.
