The documents seemed to confirm the release date was set for July 2023.

A year later, Matt Brown is back with another update on the highly anticipated game. In the first place, it seems EA is still aiming for the summer 2023 release date.

The most recent record request received by Brown who was dated 25 February 2022. affirms "game development is on the go." This isn't a guarantee of EA Sports will be able to launch the game before the end of summer. In reality, games are often delayed these days.

Brown added some more details about the game, specifically about gameday settings. It's not enough for EA to have a brand logo of the school and its branding.
