FI60 Flange Facing Machine

The sealing surface of a huge pressure vessel to be shipped was damaged during lifting. The diameter of the flange was 1300 mm and the height of the surface from the ground was 600 mm. In such a limited space, in order to successfully complete this work, we use the FI60P flange facing machine, and the built-in pneumatic motor reduces the height of the machine. The whole installation and adjustment took 2 hours, and the machining took 20 minutes.
