Austin Seferian-Jenkins' final season at Washington was bookended by setbacks. The most recent was a stress fracture that was discovered on his foot during his medical checkup on the Madden NFL 23 Combine in Indianapolis which kept him from working out Mut 23 coins. A more serious case was the conviction for DUI in March 2013 for which he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a day in the jail (the remaining 363 days in the sentence were suspended).

In the interim, Seferian-Jenkins established his status as among the best tight ends in the nation. Although his numbers dropped following a record-setting sophomore season, Seferian Jenkins brought home the John Mackey Award as the best tight end in college football, and is likely to be among the first players at his position to be recognized at the Madden NFL 23 Draft in May.

Meanwhile, he's working on his rehabilitation and getting ready for the next step. He spoke to SB Nation and explained the lessons he's learned from the incident, as well as how is he evaluating himself as an athlete.

What are you doing to prepare for the draft right now?

Actually, I'm just rehabbing my foot, doing some cardio, but then all upper body, doing some lower-body exercises such as leg press and whatnot. I'm watching a film. It's all there is. And taking visits.

How's your recovery progressing? How soon do you think you'll be able to go 100 percent?

I'm feeling pretty close to the same. April 25-26 I'll return for a quick test to be cleared medically, however, I'm feeling pretty good as of now madden 23 coins buy, almost to 100 percent, but I'm still not there.
