The machine tool casting adopts the Japanese casting process standard HT300, with high strength, low deformation, no resonance. High-precision spindle: Taiwan OKADA/KENTURN precision short-nose BT50 spindle, with high rigidity. The spindle and motor drive by belt, which can reduce the transmission noise and heat generation. The spindle adopts precision grade Japanese or German bearings, high speed, high precision and good heavy load performance. The spindle head has a built-in independent cooling system to control spindle heat and reduce spindle thermal extension, ensuring the accuracy of the machined workpiece.

The three axes guide rail all adopt Taiwan HIWIN/PMI C3 grade high precision and high strength ball screw. High feeding speed, drive motor is directly connected to the screw through the flexible coupling, with small clearance, thus ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the machine.
