For all the PES/eFootball fans out that have made the switch to FIFA, welcome FIFA 23 coins. I'm sure it's been tough in waiting to play "Friends Mode" that allows us to at least play with buddies, but this is the closest to PES dribbling as you're going to get so enjoy it before the "it's not responsive crowd" cry and EA starts patching the game. When I'm on the ball, I can leave-stick to escape pressure I'm able to block players and turn them and basic areas of dribbling have all improved since last year.
I'm a big fan of how the game feels with the ball. It is also important to have games that reproduce the various player characteristics. Tanks such as the one of Yaya Toure should feel like a different player than a new Neymar. A majority of players will fall between as those two examples are extremes. However, the feeling of weight and enough power and control to ride the toughest of situations with a single touch of the left stick is why I enjoyed PES and am really enjoying the dribbling aspect of FIFA 23. I've never been a skill player, and in real life , I like the lower center of gravity dribblers, like Messi and Hazard as opposed to step-over dribblers like Antony and Saint-Maximin. Technical dribbling assists players like myself bridge the skill gap online while practicing it offline.

For info, here's a wonderful Twitter thread on how this all works and the effect it has on players cheap FUT 23 coins:
