A sum of 25 oil organizations got new licenses for regions in the North Ocean, Norwegian Ocean, and the Barents Ocean.

Norway's Service of Oil and Energy has granted 47 new seaward oil and gas investigation licenses to a sum of 25 oil organizations.

The grants have been granted as a component of the permitting round APA 2022, a yearly investigation round to permit in the most experienced regions on the Norwegian rack.

The licenses presented in the most recent round cover 29 grants across the North Ocean, with 16 in the Norwegian Ocean and two in the Barents Ocean.

Norwegian Priest of Oil and Energy Terje Aasland said: "Further investigation movement and new disclosures are essential to keep up with the creation of oil and gas over the long run, both for Norway and Europe.
